Wishing my mother would have kept all her clothes from the 70's!

Bell bottoms!  This is one of those trends that I absolutely love, high waist  fitting at the top and then flaring out at the bottom. These are just the thing to make any outfit pop! Yet lately I've been hearing some opinions about how maybe this trend is for "thin tall women" and at times I have to agree. Yet I am not usually a fan of anything that in order to wear it you need to fit into a stereotype. I usually find all
